These Terms of Sale govern purchases made in connection with Yukkai — in particular wallet top-ups used with the Yukkai Key. They complement our Terms of Use. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. No subscription
Yukkai does not sell subscriptions. The application is free. Paid usage works through a prepaid wallet: you top up when you want, and usage is deducted as you go. Nothing renews automatically.
2. The Yukkai wallet
- Wallet credit is denominated in your purchase currency and deducted per use, based on the models and capabilities you invoke through the Yukkai Key.
- Current rates are displayed in the application before and during use. Rates may change as provider pricing changes; updated rates apply only to future usage.
- Wallet credit is personal, non-transferable and may not be resold.
3. The Yukkai Key
The Yukkai Key gives access to more than 200 models, including Yukkai Fusion and Yukkai Frontier. Usage through the Yukkai Key is billed against your wallet. Usage through your own provider keys (for example OpenRouter) is billed directly by that provider and is not covered by these Terms of Sale.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Refunds
Unused wallet credit may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase, except where usage has begun on that credit and except where local law provides otherwise. Consumed credit is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@yukkai.com.
6. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated at checkout based on your location.
7. Fair use and abuse
We may suspend purchases or usage in case of fraud, abuse or violation of our Terms of Use. Remaining wallet credit will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
